This retreat is an invitation to return
to your body, your breath, your centre, and your truth
held by the ancient lands of Egypt, where remembrance lives in the stones, the water, and the stars.
Guided by the frequency of the Goddesses, and held within the intimacy of a private Nile charter, this journey is for those who feel the quiet (or not-so-quiet) call to reconnect with their higher self, awaken dormant wisdom, and re-member parts of themselves that existed long before this lifetime.
This is not a sightseeing trip.
This is a ceremonial pilgrimage - gently held, deeply embodied, and intentionally spacious.
The intention of this Journey is to hold the space for those souls ready to know who they truly are and therefore there will be an application process so that the right people at the right time will come together for this 2026 trip!
The Journey
Arrival | Aswan
You will be welcomed with a private transfer from Aswan or Luxor Airport and guided to a private island retreat on Lake Nasser, where you’ll spend your first night in stillness and beauty.
From the island, the Temple of Isis rests on the horizon - a powerful threshold for the journey ahead.
Day 2 | Isis & the Nile
We begin with a water ceremony above the original Temple of Isis, honoring the unseen foundations — both of the temple and within ourselves.
We then visit Philae Temple, the home of Isis teachings, before boarding our privately chartered dahabiya and beginning our slow, intentional sail up the Nile.
From here, time softens.
Days 3–5 | Life aboard the Nile
For three nights, the dahabiya is exclusively ours — no shared guests, no rushing, no external agendas.
Each day gently unfolds with ceremony and embodiment practices, including:
Yoga and intuitive movement to release stored tension and awaken the body
Breathwork to regulate the nervous system and open inner awareness
Guided meditations and Yoga Nidra to access deeper states of rest and insight
Journalling and reflection to integrate what arises
Sharing circles held with care and presence
Embodiment practices that support you in anchoring clarity, self-trust, and inner alignment
These practices are designed to help you reconnect with your centre and your highest self, not by becoming something new, but by remembering who you already are.
Many feel the activation begin the moment they say yes.
The land simply continues the transformation
Throughout our sail, we visit temples along the Nile, with all entrance fees included, allowing you to receive each site without logistical distractions.
Luxor & Hathor | Closing the journey
We disembark in Luxor and journey to my favourite temple — Dendera Temple, home of Hathor, goddess of love, joy, sound, and embodiment.
Here, we complete the arc of the retreat before returning to Luxor for our final night together grounded, integrated, and complete.
Please note in Egypt things can shift daily! We are invited to lean into the flow of Egypt, therefore Schedule is subject to change on short notice.

Luxor day trip including Westbank, Valley of the Kings, Luxor Temple, Kanak Temple, transfers and lunch.
This will commence the morning after we close together. Pick up will be from the hotel we are staying at on the last day of retreat. Return will be to the same hotel.

Why this retreat is different
This journey takes place on a fully private Nile boat, chartered exclusively for our group.
Most Nile cruises, including many retreats, are held on shared vessels, where schedules, meals, and even “sacred moments” are shaped around tourism logistics and the presence of other guests. Here, the boat becomes a contained, uninterrupted ceremonial space.
Because the vessel is entirely ours, we move at our own rhythm. Practices can unfold at sunrise or beneath the stars. Silence is respected. Movement, breath, and sound are expressed freely. The group field remains consistent, allowing trust to deepen and the nervous system to truly settle.
This level of privacy is rare on the Nile — and it fundamentally changes the depth of the experience.
Not as a luxury, but as an intentional choice to honor presence, embodiment, and genuine transformation.
The Rooms
Accomodation is a twin sharing or double on your request. If you book as one, you will be sharing with another. For single occupancy there will be a premium to cover the costs of another person.

To preserve the intimacy and depth of this experience, the retreat is held on a fully private boat.
Because of this, the retreat will proceed only once the minimum number of participants is reached.

Secure your place with a £400 deposit
To secure the integrity of the group, I will reach out to have a conversation before or after deposit is paid to confirm whether this retreat is right for you now.
Your deposit is fully refundable if the retreat does not meet the minimum numbers required to proceed OR the decision is made this isn’t right for you right now.
If you cancel for personal reasons, the deposit is non-refundable, as it contributes toward securing the private charter and retreat logistics

Direct flights London UK- Luxor
Transfer from Luxor will be a group coach from a hotel in Luxor on AM of 30th - specific location will be given to you.
Fly into Cairo and get connecting flight to Luxor for 30th AM pick up
You are more than welcome to make your own way to the hotel in Aswan in your own time, these are the transfers that are included, might you want to use them
